Social Being!

Time and again, we have read through history and science that evolution has resulted in changes and improvements in the state, art & form of living & hence the survival pattern has varied in its existence over centuries.

One of the patterns that has failed to change is the "social being" in most of the animals and humans, the ability to stay as a herd/group/school/flock.

With time, we have witnessed advancements in the ways of living, from dwelling in caves in the forests to moving to villages, towns, cities and everywhere else based on vegetation and habitat. Such is the make of the brain of humans/animals/social beings.

By far, technology also seems to thrive on bringing people closer viz., our very own social networking sites & mobiles phones and other gadgets.

Just when I was pondering over the thought of evolution, groupism, socializing, clubs etc, my phone beeps to throw a message.

In relation to the recent World Cup of 2011, the teams, except India, that have made to the semi-finals belong to the same club. So it goes to say " Pigs are always in groups and the Tiger is always alone". Quite a strong and controversial statement, I must say. So I'm a tad confused with all the theories that was running deep in my head and will leave it to you to perceive based on your thoughts and opinions. ;)

I thought the Tiger was also a social being, amongst its own clan, though!! ;)

Enjoy the World Cup! May the best team win! For all the fun we have had during the series, Cheers !!

P.S: I sound like I belong to a clan as well, I do !! :)
