My First Blog - Food For Thought and Food For Life

As I set sail to become a blogger, although I wanted to from quite a long time now, where the word 'long' lost its meaning, why not now!

As the year 2011 began, too many thoughts have been swarming in my head, although this one was not part of the list. It just struck, like it always does, spontaneity - best way to describe me, although impulsive is quite diverse and a misfit on me. Lol!

Taking a cue from there, more often than not, if you are one of the dearest ones, you would have had an invite for bf (as one of my dear friends calls it)/brunch/lunch/coffee/tea .. just like that, out of the blue, giving you just few hours to think and just drop by/in. And if I'm one of your dearest then we definitely would have had a good time over one of those.

I was always told by my parents that I never said no to food anytime (in short, I hogged.. lol), which I ceased to understand. Now when I understand, its my immaculate love for FOOD - pure & divine !! :) So much is my love, that it takes me from one place to another and leaves me with no regret. The city is brewing with amazing restaurants and it only makes me beam. Love this city for everything it has given me and love it more for all the good times I have had over food.

Counting that as one of my passions, I plan to visit some more good restaurants/cafes to fall in love with the place, food, ambiance, people and city, all the more.

Hate it hate it hate it when people waste food. Atleast live by the rule - do not buy when you cannot afford it - purely based on one's appetite. There are thousands and hundreds of kids who go to sleep, hungry. So the next time you have something overflowing your platters, pack that and pass it onto some kids by the lanes because that will not cost you a penny more or penny less.

Very soon, I can see myself becoming a food guide, per se. So the next time, you have a call/message from me, do not miss it, for all the fun you can have while you eat/hog, now at someone's place and later may be at a place of my own!!!! ;)

P.S : If you love it, don't bother about your waistline - just binge!! There's one life! :)
